Job summary

Precimac Solutions in Pune is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage sourcing of electrical, mechanical, automation, and robotic components for diverse industrial projects.

You will negotiate with vendors, prepare RFQs and purchase orders, and coordinate across engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely material availability, with a focus on cost efficiency and supplier reliability.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage procurement of electrical, mechanical, automation, and robotic components as per project requirements.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Experience in purchasing components related to Robotics, Automation, SPMs, Conveyors, and Line Automation is preferred.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, quotations, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Good knowledge of industrial components, commercial terms, inventory, and basic procurement processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred.
• Prior experience in Robotics, Industrial Automation, SPMs, and Line Automation will be highly valued.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in similar roles and a strong understanding of industrial project requirements are preferred.
• Preference will be given to experienced professionals with a proven track record in the relevant domain.
