Elektrolites Power Pvt Ltd. in Bagru, Jaipur invites applications for Manager- Purchase (Supply Chain Manager) to oversee procurement and supplier management.

The incumbent will coordinate with production, finance, and R&D to align procurement with company goals and ensure timely material availability. The role requires 3+ years of experience in procurement and a graduate/PG in engineering, with IT literacy and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.
• Maintain a high accuracy rate for purchase orders (minimizing errors and discrepancies).
• Achieve cost savings targets through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain high-quality standards for suppliers, ensuring materials meet required specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and favorable terms.
• Optimize inventory turnover rates to balance availability with cost and ensure high accuracy in inventory records through regular audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements in the procurement function.
• Ensure the procurement team is well-trained and up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, finance, R&D) to align procurement with overall company objectives.
