Job summary

Career Builder Placement Services in India is seeking an experienced Purchase/Procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities for production and non-production materials, while developing strong vendor relationships, obtaining quotations, and processing POs using ERP software.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing procurement, with hands-on ERP experience, solid understanding of procurement and inventory processes, and strong Excel/MIS reporting,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within a manufacturing company.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software.
• Good understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for production and non-production materials.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
