Job summary

ConveGenius is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale EdTech programs with governments, CSR partners, and social organizations. You’ll drive program execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against KPIs to ensure sustainable educational impact at scale.

The role thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and aims to improve learning outcomes for millions of children across India.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in government projects).
• Strong program, stakeholder, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end and lead high-performing teams.
• Build relationships with government officials and partner leaders.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and resolve operational bottlenecks.

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale EdTech programs with governments, CSR partners, and social organizations. You’ll be the driving force behind program execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against KPIs—ensuring sustainable educational impact at scale.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Social Work, Technology, Education or related fields
• 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in government projects)
• Strong program, stakeholder, and team management skills
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale programs
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with adaptability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and AI tools
• Consulting/start-up background is a plus
