Job summary

ConveGenius is seeking a program support professional to assist in implementing education initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with government school bodies across India.

You will help with documentation, field reports, and tracking materials, while coordinating daily with field teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in education programs or field implementation.
• Experience with government schools, EdTech programs, or social impact is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing program implementation, stakeholder relationships, and operational documentation.
• Support the District Program Manager in maintaining relationships with school and district authorities.
• Documentation & Reporting: develop project documentation, field reports, and tracking materials.
• Maintain accurate records to support program monitoring and decision-making.
• Coordinate daily with Fellows and the State Senior Operations Manager for on-ground execution.
• Liaise with relevant teams to resolve field-level operational issues.
• Support day-to-day program administration and planning and track progress against timelines.

• Assist in managing program implementation, stakeholder relationships, and operational documentation.

• Support timely resolution of field-level operational issues by liaising with the relevant teams.

• Support the District Program Manager in day-to-day program administration and planning.
• Help track program progress against timelines and flag deviations for timely action.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in education programs, field implementation, or program support roles.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for documentation and reporting.
• Experience working with government schools, EdTech programs, or social impact initiatives is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
