Job summary

ConveGenius in India seeks a Senior Product/Technical Manager to lead the Education Governance delivery, ensuring high-quality EdTech and GovTech solutions at scale for Bharat.

You will coordinate with delivery, business, product, technology, marketing and user success teams to launch impactful products. You’ll shape strategy with government partners and foster a performance-driven culture in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical/Data Project Management or Product Management experience, preferably in a B2G environment.
• Functional knowledge across tech, product and general management.
• Strong strategic communication; able to absorb delivery pressures from customers while motivating the team
• Demonstrated ability as a problem solver, especially in bringing clarity to less defined problems
• General understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic and fast changing environment
• Passionate to impact millions of children through technology
• Educational/Work background in Computer Science, Software Development, Product Management is a bonus
• Experience managing a diverse team of individual contributors and managers in a startup-like environment

• Responsible for overall product/solution delivery of Convegenius’s Education Governance portfolio in India , ensuring optimal resource utilisation and delivering high quality products and tech solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with a multi-functional team across delivery, business, product, technology, marketing and user success to launch impactful EdTech and GovTech products that can work at census scale
• Cultivate strong working relationships with senior stakeholders in the Government and set strategic direction and priorities for all products
• Lead by example and create a performance driven collaboration and problem-solving culture among the team members
• Provide strategic insights into product delivery lifecycle for internal leadership; absorb the scale and pace of growth by cultivating young leaders withing the team
