The Senior Program Manager will lead large-scale programs with governments and partners, driving execution, stakeholder engagement, and KPI delivery to ensure sustainable educational impact for millions of children in Bharat.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Social Work, Technology, Education, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in government projects).
• Strong program, stakeholder, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale programs.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with adaptability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and AI tools.
• Consulting/start-up background is a plus.

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale EdTech programs with governments, CSR partners, and social organizations. You’ll be the driving force behind program execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against KPIs—ensuring sustainable educational impact at scale.
