Job summary

ConveGenius is hiring for a field program mentor to visit schools across districts, support teachers and fellows, and provide actionable feedback from observations. The role focuses on FLN/SwiftPAL program quality and district-level coordination.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in education or project management, with willingness to travel across districts in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for Education/Social Science/Humanities.
• 3–5 years of overall work experience.
• Experience in education, mentorship, or field program management.
• Experience with e-governance or government education programs preferred.
• Experience engaging with govt. stakeholders at district/block level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct random school visits to monitor FLN/SwiftPAL implementation.
• Support teachers and fellows to improve classroom practices and PAL usage.
• Provide feedback to field staff based on classroom observations.
• Coordinate with district teams to improve academic quality and program delivery.
• Track program progress, data, and KPIs for informed decisions.
• Maintain coordination with state/district education partners for alignment.
• Collaborate with SCERT/DIETs on pedagogical alignment.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct random school visits across districts to monitor academic implementation of the FLN/SwiftPAL program.
• Support teachers and fellows in improving classroom practices and PAL (Personalized Adaptive Learning) usage.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to field management staff (Fellows/Coordinators) based on classroom observations.
• Liaise with the district team on field insights and academic quality improvements.
• Coordinate program implementation to ensure smooth transition, tracking, and quality control at the District, Block, and Cluster levels.
• Assist in tracking program progress, data, and key performance indicators to inform academic decision-making.
• Maintain coordination with education ecosystem partners at the state and district level to align on FLN priorities.
• Support collaboration with subject experts in SCERT, DIETs, and other academic bodies of the state for pedagogical alignment.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to ensure overall team and program effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline; preference for Education/Social Science/Humanities).
• Overall experience of 3–5 years.
• Experience working in the education domain, preferably in academic mentorship, teacher training, or field program management.
• Experience working on e-governance or State/Central Govt. education programs will be preferred.
• Experience engaging with govt. stakeholders (District/Block level) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Tools, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively across districts for school visits.
