Job summary

ConveGenius is seeking a Manager for Growth & Impact to own state-level execution, manage government relationships, and ensure delivery stays sharp and evidence-backed. The role focuses on translating strategy into concrete actions within public delivery systems, while coordinating with academic, product, operations, and finance teams.

You will travel within the state, engage with officials and stakeholders, adapt programs to local contexts, and report impact with dashboards and field data.

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of experience in program management, government partnerships, or strategy/consulting roles; education-sector exposure preferred.
• Comfort operating directly with government stakeholders — professional, patient, and credible in official settings.
• Strong data orientation: can read a dashboard, question a number, and turn insight into action.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of the state's Growth & Impact agenda, translating strategy into structured execution plans.
• Build and sustain working relationships with government officials to keep programs credible and on track.
• Adapt intervention design to the state's academic, administrative, and socio-political context, in partnership with academic and product teams.
• Track and report impact using dashboards, assessments, and field data; translate data into decision-ready insights.
• Coordinate across academic, product, operations, and finance teams to keep the delivery pipeline clean and on time.
• Spot delivery risks and bottlenecks early; drive resolution before escalations.
• Support MoUs, proposals, and contract/compliance follow-through in partnership with legal and finance.
• Contribute impact stories and evidence to state and organisational narratives with marketing/communications.

As Manager, you own state-level execution: turning

strategy into on-ground results, managing government relationships, and ensuring delivery stays sharp, evidence-backed, and

accountable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own day-to-day delivery of the state's Growth & Impact agenda, translating strategy into structured execution plans.
• Build and sustain working relationships with government officials (department leads, SPD office, district functionaries) to keep programs credible and on track.
• Adapt intervention design to the state's academic, administrative, and socio-political context, in partnership with academic and product teams.
• Track and report impact using dashboards, assessments, and field data — and translate that data into clear, decision-ready insights for state and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate across academic, product, operations, and finance teams to keep the delivery pipeline clean, on time, and issue-free.
• Spot delivery risks and bottlenecks early; drive resolution before they become escalations.
• Support MoUs, proposals, and contract/compliance follow-through in partnership with legal and finance.
• Contribute impact stories and evidence to state and organisational narratives, working with marketing/communications.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Clear written and verbal communication; able to build simple, compelling narratives from complex ground realities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned state and spend significant time in the field.
