Job summary

ConveGenius, located in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is looking for a professional to manage technical partnerships and drive engagement with technology platform partners. You will act as the primary contact, handle solution discussions, and ensure partner commitments are met.

This role offers an opportunity to work in an impactful organization transforming education through technology. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and a background in technical partnerships or business development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical partnerships, business development, consulting, or technology-enabled program roles.
• Ability to understand and engage in technical conversations.
• Experience working with external technology partners or platform vendors.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, AI tools, SaaS products, or large-scale digital systems.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technology and platform partners across cloud, AI, data, content, and digital infrastructure domains
• Manage partner relationships across solution discussions, pilots, and ongoing engagements
• Drive regular partner coordination meetings, reviews, and follow‑ups

Technical & Solution‑Level Engagement

• Engage in solution and architecture‑level discussions with partner technical teams
• Develop a working understanding of partner offerings, including platforms, APIs, cloud services, AI tools, and enterprise solutions
• Translate technical concepts into clear business, programmatic, cost, and scalability implications for internal teams
• Support internal product, tech, and delivery teams during partner‑led solution design discussions

Partnership Structuring & Enablement

• Identify partnership opportunities aligned with organisational needs and scale plans
• Contribute to partnership scoping, proposals, MoUs, and commercial discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, product, tech) to structure and operationalise partnerships
• Track partner commitments, pilots, credits, and co‑investment opportunities

Governance, Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain structured documentation of partnership scope, technical discussions, and dependencies
• Track milestones, risks, and action items related to partner engagements
• Prepare internal updates, leadership notes, and partner‑facing materials
• Support resolution of partner‑related technical or operational issues in coordination with internal teams

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical partnerships, business development, consulting, or technology‑enabled program roles
• Ability to understand and engage in technical conversations without being a hands‑on software engineer
• Experience working with external technology partners or platform vendors
• Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation, structuring, and stakeholder management skillsExposure to cloud platforms, AI tools, SaaS products, or large‑scale digital systems
• Experience in EdTech, GovTech, or large‑scale digital transformation programs
