ConveGenius is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale EdTech programs with governments, CSR partners, and social organizations in India. The role drives program execution, stakeholder engagement, and KPI delivery, ensuring sustainable educational impact at scale.

You will manage multi-stakeholder environments, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor a growing team, advancing learning outcomes for millions of children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Social Work, Technology, Education or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in government projects.
• Strong program, stakeholder, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale programs.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with adaptability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale EdTech programs with governments, CSR partners, and social organizations. You’ll be the driving force behind program execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against KPIs—ensuring sustainable educational impact at scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with adaptability

• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and AI tools
• Consulting/start-up background is a plus
