Job summary

ConveGenius is seeking a Programs Lead to supervise Fellows and drive district-level educational initiatives across multiple schools. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on coaching in data-driven program delivery.

You will mentor Fellows, conduct field visits, monitor progress, and report results to central teams. You will coordinate with product, training, and operations to ensure smooth execution, optimize resources, and travel across districts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's preferred.
• 3–6 years in education programs, field implementation, or team management.
• Experience with field teams or Fellows/teachers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support a cohort of Fellows across multiple schools.
• Conduct regular check-ins, field visits, and performance reviews.
• Build Fellows' capacity through coaching on classroom observation and data usage.
• Ensure motivation, accountability, and retention within the Fellow cohort.
• Oversee on-ground execution of SwiftSchool and PAL Lab interventions.
• Maintain relationships with school leadership and local authorities.
• Track performance using data dashboards and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement using field insights.

• Manage, mentor, and support a cohort of Fellows working across multiple schools.
• Conduct regular check-ins, field visits, and performance reviews to ensure Fellows are meeting program goals.
• Build Fellows' capacity through coaching on classroom observation, data usage, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure high levels of motivation, accountability, and retention within the Fellow cohort.

2. Program Implementation Oversight

• Oversee on-ground execution of SwiftSchool and PAL Lab interventions across assigned districts.
• Ensure fidelity of program implementation and adherence to defined SOPs.
• Identify implementation gaps and drive timely corrective actions.

3. School & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including school leadership, district officials, and local authorities.
• Enable Fellows to drive school-level buy-in and ensure sustained usage of AI-powered learning platforms.
• Represent the organization in district-level meetings and reviews.

4. Monitoring, Data & Reporting

• Track program performance using data dashboards and field reports submitted by Fellows.
• Analyze trends in student usage, learning outcomes, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to central teams for decision-making.

5. Quality Assurance & Classroom Impact

• Conduct periodic school visits to assess classroom practices, PAL Lab utilization, and student engagement.
• Ensure Fellows are effectively identifying student learning levels and supporting differentiated learning.
• Drive continuous improvement in program delivery based on field insights.
• Ensure Fellows and schools effectively use platforms like PAL software and related digital tools.
• Troubleshoot escalations related to technology adoption and usage.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the team.

7. Documentation & Impact Storytelling

• Guide Fellows in documenting case studies, success stories, and best practices.
• Consolidate district-level impact narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

8. Planning & Coordination

• Develop monthly and quarterly implementation plans for the district.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, training, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
• Optimize resource allocation and travel plans for Fellows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory); Master's degree in Education, Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in education programs, field implementation, or team management roles.
• Prior experience in managing field teams or Fellows/teachers is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Experience working with government schools, EdTech programs, or large-scale social impact initiatives is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts and access to personal transport preferred
