Inspiration Manpower Consultancy seeks a Senior Production Support professional to handle L2/L3 level support for a retail B2B software platform in Bangalore. The role requires flexibility for night shifts and five days in-office work.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics/WMS and retail projects, with strong SQL and Python/JSON skills, and experience with Zendesk/ServiceNow/Jira. Immediate joiners only.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a senior support analyst on a leading retail B2B software platform.
• Experience on L2/L3 level Enterprise Product/Application Support (Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level support to customers, resolving issues on the organization platform.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to fix complex problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation of software-related issues and resolutions.
• Assist manager in refining technical procedures and best practices.
• Participate in onboarding and training for customers and support staff.
• Review customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.

Skill - Senior Production Support / Senior Application Support- L2/L3 Level

Note- Must have experience from- Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies.

Notice - Only Immediate Joiners

Shift- Should Be flexible to work including night shifts. (3 pm to 12 am & 5 pm to 2 am

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Experience of experience and salary:

6- 10 Years, Production Support / Application Support- L2/L3 Level ( Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies)

Salary- 10LPA- 20LPA max.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech(CS), MCA(Regular), B.Sc. IT
