Job summary

DTICI in Bengaluru is seeking an L2 Application Support professional with 3-6 years of experience to provide incident resolution, troubleshooting and client interaction for Daimler Truck Engineering applications.

You will participate in end-user discussions, assist in build and release operations, and work in 1st/2nd shifts with willingness to cover holidays, leveraging ITIL-aligned processes and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management is essential.
• Experience in L2 support and ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is required.
• Experience in the Automotive domain is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work 1st/2nd shifts and public holidays as needed.
• Ability to understand application requirements and functionality.
• Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
