Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Production Support Engineer with strong experience in AWS Cloud Support, Java Spring Boot applications, and SQL databases. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to ensure the stability and availability of production systems.

You will conduct root cause analysis, maintain logs and documentation, support deployments and release activities, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of production support experience with cloud-hosted apps.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud, Java Spring Boot applications, and SQL databases.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Experience with RCA and preventive measures.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications hosted on AWS.
• Monitor health, performance, and critical services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive measures.
• Analyze logs and database issues.
• Support deployment activities and release processes.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve recurring issues.
