Job summary

eClerx LLC in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Production Application Support Engineer to join our team in a hybrid setup (3 days WFO). The role requires 4–7 years of experience in production application support, strong ITIL background, and hands-on SQL troubleshooting.

You will manage incidents, monitor batch jobs with Control-M, and collaborate across IT and business teams to resolve issues within SLAs.

Qualifications
