Job summary

Panigrahana Weddings in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Lead for production planning and on-site delivery of premium wedding décor. You will translate approved designs into workable build, logistics and installation plans while coordinating in-house teams, fabricators and suppliers to protect quality, safety, budgets and deadlines.

The role requires ownership of wedding/event production on-site, strong coordination across teams and travel to venues, with weekend availability as needed.

• Coordinate fabrication, finishing, floral and decor readiness with team leads.
• Review estimates and track approved budgets, procurement and scope changes.
• Direct mobilisation, installation and pack-down with clear team responsibilities.
• Check build quality and safe working practices; escalate concerns to specialists.
• Manage contingencies and communicate progress and risks to planning and design teams.
• Improve inventory control, documentation and post-event production processes.
