Job summary

Rubiscape, a Pune-based leader in Decision Intelligence, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategic roadmap for multiple platform studios, spanning data pipelines, AutoML, BI/analytics, and agentic AI. You will translate complex decision-intelligence needs for Fortune 500 enterprise customers into clear product specs and drive multi-quarter vision with sprint-level delivery accountability.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise B2B SaaS covering data, analytics, or AI/ML platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of owning a product from 0→1 or scaling from 1→N with significant technical depth (APIs, data pipelines, ML workflows).
• Strong PRD and specification writing skills; experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Figma for collaborative product development.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineering leads on architecture trade-offs, API design, and platform scalability without writing production code.
• Proven experience facilitating executive-level conversations with enterprise customers and translating ambiguous needs into backlogs.
• Fluency in OKR frameworks, RICE or ICE prioritisation, and data-driven roadmap decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned studio(s): discovery, specification, delivery, launch, and iteration with OKR accountability.
• Conduct structured discovery with Fortune 500 customers, analysts, and SMEs to surface high-impact problems across BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, and government.
• Write detailed PRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Define and track product KPIs (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, time-to-value) and report progress to CPO/CEO.
• Lead cross-functional squads through quarterly planning, sprint reviews, and GTM readiness gates.
• Capture competitive intelligence with pre-sales and customer success; ensure 90-day first production use-case promises.
• Represent product externally at customer advisory boards, industry forums, and partner QBRs.

As a Senior Product Manager at Rubiscape,you will own the strategic roadmap for one or more of our six platform studios— spanning data pipelines (RubiFlow), AutoML (RubiStudio), BI & analytics(RubiSight), and agentic AI (RubiAI). You will work directly with CXO-levelenterprise customers, translating complex decision-intelligence requirementsinto crisp, shippable product specifications. This role sits at theintersection of enterprise SaaS strategy and deep platform engineering, anddemands someone who can hold a multi-quarter vision while driving sprint-leveldelivery accountability. You will be a key voice in defining how Rubiscape moves the Indian enterprise from legacy BI to AI-native decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownend-to-end product lifecycle for assigned studio(s): discovery, specification,delivery, launch, and iteration — with clear OKR accountability at each stage.
• Conductstructured discovery with Fortune 500 customers, industry analysts, andinternal SMEs to surface high-impact problems worth solving across BFSI,manufacturing, healthcare, and government verticals.
• Writedetailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories with acceptancecriteria that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity; championspec-driven development.
• Define andtrack product KPIs (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, time-to-value) andpresent progress to the CPO and CEO in monthly business reviews.
• Leadcross-functional squads (engineering, design, data science, solutions) throughquarterly planning, sprint reviews, and go-to-market readiness gates.
• Partnerwith pre-sales and customer success to capture competitive intelligence,win/loss signals, and ensure the platform delivers on the <90-day firstproduction use-case promise.
• Representproduct externally at customer advisory boards, industry forums, and partnerQBRs, reinforcing Rubiscape’s positioning as a 5× lower TCO alternative tolegacy Western platforms.

Nice to Have

• Priorexposure to decision intelligence, embedded analytics, or MLOps platforms.
• Experiencewith multi-deployment models (SaaS, BYOC, on-premises, air-gap) and thecompliance/security considerations unique to regulated Indian enterprises.
• Familiaritywith Zoho CRM/Desk ecosystems or other India-first enterprise toolchains.
• MBA orequivalent from a Tier-1 institution with a strong quant or engineeringundergrad.
