Job summary

Rubiscape is hiring an Agile Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery health for a portfolio spanning RubiFlow, RubiSight, RubiAI, and Business Workbench. You will bridge team velocity with programme commitments, guiding multiple Scrum teams to deliver releases on time, within scope, and to enterprise-grade quality.

This hands-on leadership role combines servant-leadership coaching with delivery governance, mentoring Scrum Masters and Product Owners while coordinating across studios to manage

Qualifications

• SAFe Agilist certification and 5+ years of agile delivery experience in enterprise software or platform engineering.
• Proven multi-team delivery management with dependencies across product, data, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery across two to four Scrum teams, owning programme-level planning, dependency mapping, and risk management.
• Establish and govern delivery cadences: PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions aligned to the Rubiscape quarterly release calendar.
• Define and track OKR-aligned delivery metrics and present weekly to Engineering and Product leadership.
• Coordinate cross-studio dependencies to prevent integration bottlenecks at release gates.
• Own the Rubiscape release readiness checklist: feature completeness, regression sign-off, security review, performance baseline, and deployment runbooks sign-off.

The Agile DeliveryLead owns end-to-end delivery health for a portfolio of platform engineeringinitiatives spanning multiple Scrum teams and all six Rubiscape studios. Youwill bridge the gap between team-level velocity and programme-levelcommitments, ensuring that every release of RubiFlow, RubiSight, RubiAI, andthe Business Workbench lands on time, within scope, and to enterprise-gradequality. Key Responsibilities

• · Lead agiledelivery across two to four Scrum teams concurrently, owning programme-levelplanning, dependency mapping, and risk management in Jira and Azure DevOps.
• · Establishand govern delivery cadences: PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, System Demos, andInspect & Adapt workshops aligned to the Rubiscape quarterly releasecalendar.
• · Define andtrack OKR-aligned delivery metrics — throughput, cycle time, escaped defects,and customer-facing SLA adherence — presenting weekly to Engineering andProduct leadership.
• · Coordinatecross-studio dependencies between RubiFlow (data pipelines), RubiStudio(AutoML/MLOps), and RubiSight (BI/Analytics) to prevent integration bottlenecksat release gates.
• · Own theRubiscape release readiness checklist: feature completeness, regressionsign-off, security review, performance baseline, and deployment runbooksign-off.
• · MentorScrum Masters and coach Product Owners on backlog hygiene, story splitting, andacceptance criteria standards consistent with Rubiscape’s Definition of Done.
• · Drivepost-release retrospectives and translate findings into measurable processimprovements adopted across the broader engineering organisation.

Nice to Have

• · Knowledgeof data engineering, BI, or AI/ML platform architecture sufficient tomeaningfully engage with technical trade-off discussions.
• · PMP orPRINCE2 certification as a complement to agile credentials.
• · Experiencedelivering into regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare, government) withaudit-trail and change-management requirements.
• · Familiaritywith Rubiscape’s deployment models: SaaS, BYOC, on-premises, hybrid, andair-gap environments.

Requirements

• · SAFeAgilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner certification, combined with 5+ years ofagile delivery experience in enterprise software or platform engineering.
• · Proventrack record managing multi-team delivery programmes with dependencies acrossproduct, data, and infrastructure workstreams.
• · AdvancedJira and Azure DevOps skills — programme boards, cross-project dependencytracking, and executive-level reporting.
• · Strongstakeholder management ability: comfortable presenting delivery status, risks,and trade-offs to CTO, VP Engineering, and enterprise customer stakeholders.
• · Experiencewith OKR alignment — translating business objectives into sprint-level outcomesand tracking progress with leading indicators.
• · Hands-onexperience with at least one large-scale SaaS platform release involvingmultiple deployment models (SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid).
