Job summary

Rubiscape, a Pune-based leader inDecisionIntelligence, seeks an AI/ML Product Manager to own RubiStudio and RubiAI roadmaps, shaping how enterprises build and govern ML systems.

You will collaborate with research and industry labs to evaluate new AI techniques, drive adoption, and articulate ROI to executives, ensuring the platform meets BFSI and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience, with 2+ years owning AI/ML platform products in an enterprise B2B context.
• Familiarity with the ML lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, model training/evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks at a conceptual/use-case level to write meaningful PRDs.
• Ability to de-risk AI product bets via experimentation, user research, and prototype validation.
• Strong communication to bridge data science jargon with C-suite business language.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI adoption patterns into concrete product features with measurable success criteria.

Rubiscape’s AI/ML PM owns the productvision and roadmap for RubiStudio (AutoML & MLOps) and RubiAI (the agenticAI copilot layer), two of the most strategically critical studios on theplatform. You will shape how enterprise data teams — from citizen analysts tosenior data scientists — build, deploy, monitor, and govern machine learningmodels without leaving the Rubiscape environment. With 8 internationalinnovation patents in AI and active Industry-Academia Lab partnerships,Rubiscape is pushing the frontier of practical enterprise AI; this PM willdecide what gets built and why. You must be equally comfortable discussing LLMfine-tuning trade-offs with research engineers and explaining agentic workflowROI to a CHRO or CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Define andexecute the multi-quarter roadmap for RubiStudio (AutoML, model registry, MLOpspipelines, drift monitoring) and RubiAI (LLM-powered copilot, agentic decisionworkflows, RAG-based enterprise search).
• Translateenterprise AI adoption patterns — including the 40% reduction in decisionlatency and 70% faster fraud detection use cases — into concrete productfeatures with measurable success criteria.
• Partnerwith the applied research team and Industry-Academia Labs to evaluate emergingAI techniques (foundation models, multimodal AI, causal inference) for productapplicability and time-to-market feasibility.
• Conductdiscovery with data science, ML engineering, and business analyst personas atenterprise accounts to identify friction in the model-to-production journey andprioritise workflow improvements.
• Ownresponsible AI governance features: model explainability, bias detection, audittrails, and compliance guardrails required by BFSI and healthcare regulators.
• Drivego-to-market for AI/ML features in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales,including technical positioning, demo scripts, and competitive differentiationnarratives.
• Maintain aclear AI feature deprecation and versioning policy as models and APIs evolve,ensuring zero disruption to production enterprise deployments.

Nice to Have

• Priorexperience as a data scientist, ML engineer, or quantitative analyst — givingyou credibility with technical stakeholders without needing constanttranslation.
• Exposureto AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, RBI AI guidelines, SEBI dataregulations) relevant to regulated Indian industries.
• Publishedwork, patents, or conference talks in AI/ML, data science, or related fields.
• Experiencewith low-code/no-code ML tools and AutoML platforms (H2O.ai, DataRobot, GoogleAutoML, or comparable).
