Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in Chennai is seeking a Senior Process Executive with 1–4 years of experience to manage end-to-end order processing and SAP-based contract fulfillment. You will consolidate data, enter and track orders, and coordinate shipments to support revenue recognition.

The role requires graduates with SAP ERP experience and exposure to export processes, delivering accurate order management while meeting performance targets in a BPO setting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to check inventory and enable order entry.
• Perform order management functions including entry and expediting.
• Provide accurate order entry, change orders, and associated information while meeting call center objectives.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and manage through SAP the entire order-to-cash cycle for customer contracts.
• Provide order management support for sales including order entry and tracking in SAP.
• Handle order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP ERP modules: inventory, sales, receivables, invoicing.
• End-to-end understanding of export processes from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of contract issuance and management under order booking.
