Job summary

Infosys BPM in Pune seeks a graduate professional to consolidate data from multiple systems for inventory availability and to support efficient order entry and expediting. The role demands handling high volumes through SAP, ensuring accurate order entry, expediting, and detailed communication to meet revenue objectives.

The candidate will manage the entire order-to-cash cycle using SAP, including entry, shipping, and invoicing, while overseeing contracts and export processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant BPO/operations exposure.
• Experience in order management and SAP-based processes.
• Strong data handling and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to check inventory availability and support order entry.
• Perform order entry and expediting tasks while meeting center objectives.
• Provide accurate order entry, change orders, and telephone details for revenue goals.
• Process high volume product orders from entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and manage using SAP the full fulfillment process from Order Entry to Collection.
• Support sales with order entry and tracking using SAP.
• Handle end-to-end order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management.
• Maintain extensive SAP ERP knowledge across inventory, sales, receivables, and invoicing modules.
• Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of export processes from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Understand complex contracts under order booking and management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
• Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
• Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection.
• Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
• Order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management of orders.
• Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules.
• End to end knowledge on the Export process system - from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contract under order booking and management.
