Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited is seeking a Senior Process Executive in Bangalore with 1-2 years of experience in processing client transactions. You will review transactions for accuracy, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with client teams to resolve complex issues.

The role focuses on building knowledge of client processing systems and training paths for brokerage and fund functions, balancing quality and productivity to meet department standards. On-site Bengaluru opportunity.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a BPO/process environment.
• Experience in client transaction processing.
• Exposure to brokerage and fund-related processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external policies and procedures
• Partners with client associate in working through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion
• Develops a working knowledge of client’s processing systems, group policies and procedures
• Builds knowledge to processing transactions with the goal to demonstrate full proficiency in all brokerage and manual fund functions designated under respective training path
• Maintains balance between quality and productivity to meet department standards
• Stays current following procedural updates or technology enhancements.
• Adheres to standard workflows, and actively participates in meetings and training.
• Consistently leverages online resources to independently meet challenges
• Processes rejected transactions and works with clients to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork
• Works collaboratively to complete complex processing issues and exhibits sense of urgency and accountability that requests are completed in a timely manner
