Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and achieve milestones.
• Develop and implement procedures, processes, and systems for assigned projects.
• Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on team input.
• Oversee schedules and risk management plans, providing warnings for deviations.
• Prepare and present regular project reports for management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning engineers, ensuring best practices.
