Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Planning Engineer / Senior Project Planning Engineer with strong experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably for MEP, mechanical, or electrical projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience using Microsoft Project (MSP) and managing project schedules, timelines, resources, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Plan, monitor, and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, and other project teams for planning requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or schedule deviations.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and planning dashboards.
• Support project teams in resource planning and timeline management.
• Ensure effective coordination between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing recovery plans where project schedules are impacted.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Project Planning.
• Experience in MEP planning, Mechanical project planning, or Electrical project planning is preferred.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, timelines, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
