BVSR Constructions Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our Infrastructure Projects team. You will drive project planning, scheduling, and cost control for major roads, irrigation, and urban infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of hands-on planning experience, proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and capable of coordinating design, procurement, and field execution.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, billing, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Develop baselines, WBS, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement and execution teams.
• Review drawings and coordinate revisions.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule deviations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to achieve milestones.
• Monitor project costs, productivity and resource utilization.
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality requirements and project timelines.

Location: Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry: Infrastructure Roads, Irrigation & Industrial/Urban Infrastructure Projects

CTC: 60,000+ per month — salary is negotiable for the right candidate, based on experience, skills and interview performance.
