Job summary

Godrej Properties in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Project Scheduler to prepare and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, and to develop baseline programs with resource loading.

You will monitor progress, analyse delays, coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams, and produce MIS reports to support timely project delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• PMP/Planning-related certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Develop baseline programs, resource-loaded schedules, and recovery plans.
• Track project progress against planned milestones and identify schedule variances.
• Coordinate with Construction, Design, Procurement, Contracts, and MEP teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Management Progress Reports.
• Monitor project critical paths and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare catch-up plans.
• Track procurement schedules and monitor long lead items.
• Review contractors' work plans and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Participate in project review meetings and present planning dashboards/MIS reports.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project milestones.
