Job summary

HackerKernel is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to manage ROI-focused paid campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. You will drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while optimizing bids, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives.

You will conduct A/B testing, optimize landing pages for conversion, and analyze performance using GA4, GTM, and reporting tools. Experience with B2B and SaaS marketing is a strong advantage in a fast-paced agency or client

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
• Proven experience working with clients or digital marketing agencies.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused marketing.
• Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign reporting tools.
• Experience in B2B and SaaS marketing is a strong advantage.
