Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions seeks a Senior MEP Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to lead on-site execution of HVAC, Electrical, ELV, and Fire protection for high-end interiors. You will coordinate with interior designers and clients to meet design and schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in MEP site execution, including at least 5 years in interior fit-out projects, with strong knowledge of MIDC, MPCB, CFO regulations and proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 8–10 years of MEP site execution, with at least 5 years in Interior Fit-Out (Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial).
• Technical: HVAC (Chilled water/DX), Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, ELV (CCTV, Access Control).
• Regulatory: Familiarity with MIDC, MPCB, CFO regulations.
• Soft: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of MEP services (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, Fire Protection) for interior fit-out projects.
• Review and validate MEP shop drawings, submittals, and method statements; perform clash detection.
• Coordinate with Interior Designer, Project Manager, and Client to align technical and aesthetic goals.
• Monitor quality through site inspections; manage Testing & Commissioning and handover to client.

Job Title: Senior MEP Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Project requirements: Industrial Project and Commercial Project

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior MEP Site Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to oversee and lead the execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP installations including HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, and Plumbing are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and strict project timelines. The site engineer to represent as Architects representative at site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision:

Lead the on-site execution of all MEP services (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) specifically within the context of interior fit-out environments.

Manage and supervise sub-contractors and site technicians to ensure workmanship meets the highest industry standards.

Ensure that all installations are integrated seamlessly with architectural and interior design elements (ceilings, partitions, joinery).

2. Technical Coordination :

• Review and validate MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and Method Statements before execution.


• Perform \"clash detection\" on-site, identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between different MEP disciplines and the interior structure.


• Coordinate closely with the Interior Designer, Project Manager, and Client to align technical requirements with aesthetic goals.

3. Quality & Compliance:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes, , and project specifications.

Manage the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) phase for all MEP systems, ensuring smooth handover to the client.

Ensure the as-built drawing to be prepared by the contractor.

4. Project Controls:

Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule; identify potential delays and implement recovery plans.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.


• Experience: Minimum 810 years of proven experience in MEP site execution, with at least 5 years specifically in Interior Fit-Out (Commercial, Hospitality, or Industrial).


• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC (Chilled water/DX), Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler systems, and ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control). Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and redlining drawings.


• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations like MIDC, MPCB, CFO etc.


• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
