Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions is seeking a senior MEP site lead to oversee site execution and supervision across interior fit-out projects. The role requires coordinating multiple trade teams, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and maintaining strict project controls.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive HVAC, power, lighting, and ELV systems knowledge, plus AutoCAD proficiency and strong leadership under pressure. Regulatory familiarity with MIDC, MPCB, CFO is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of proven MEP site execution experience, with 5+ years in interior fit-out.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC (Chilled water/DX), Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler systems, and ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and redlining drawings.
• Familiarity with local regulations like MIDC, MPCB, CFO etc.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
