Qualifications

• MBA or related master’s degree desirable; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certified.

Position Overview

The Business Enablement function seeks to hire a Delivery Excellence Senior Manager to execute continuous improvement projects efficiently and effectively and in alignment with broader business objectives spanning multiple accounts. This role will report to the Business Operations &Delivery Excellence team, which is part of the Business Enablement function for BPO and GBS within Randstad Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows to improve business operations efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead process deep-dive sessions, assess the current state, identify potential improvement opportunities, and partner on developing and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and impact cost
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, challenge the status-quo and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects across multiple accounts
• Develop and implement process improvement methodologies, standards, and tools across the portfolio
• Track project performance as per timelines, develop and present executive summaries on projects to senior leaders and stakeholders using a data-driven mindset
• Lead and facilitate meetings related to continuous improvement across multiple accounts.

• Facilitate clear communication and resolve conflicts between project teams, cross-functional departments, and senior leaders

Qualifications & Skills

• 12-16 years of total work experience including 10+ years as a Manager within Process/Delivery Excellence, or Transformation, overseeing multiple accounts. Prior experience in similar roles outside the current organization is an advantage.
• Work experience or familiarity with Recruitment, Scheduling and Screening processes will be an advantage
• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Science/ Human Resources/Commerce or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is desirable)
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, knowledge of process mapping tools and/or exposure to digital tools (automation, AI, process mining etc.)
• Strong inter-personal, communication, analytical, conflict-resolution, influencing skills, along with the ability to handle ambiguity
• Cultivate and promote a continuous improvement culture & mindset
