Job summary

Randstad Hyderabad is seeking a senior leader in Process/Delivery Excellence to drive continuous improvement across multiple accounts. You will mentor Lean Six Sigma projects, design standards, and implement tools that boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Ideal candidates hold 12-16 years of experience with 10+ years in a managerial role, plus a Lean Six Sigma Belt and MBA or related Master’s degree. Hybrid work setup and diverse project exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• 12-16 years total experience including 10+ years as a Manager in Process/Delivery Excellence or Transformation
• Experience overseeing multiple accounts; prior roles outside current organization is a plus
• Experience with Recruitment, Scheduling and Screening processes is advantageous
• Master’s or MBA in Business Admin/Science/HR/Commerce or related field is desirable
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead process deep-dive sessions, assess current state, identify improvements, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and cost impact
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects across multiple accounts
• Develop and implement process improvement methodologies, standards, and tools across the portfolio
• Track project performance per timelines and present executive summaries to senior leaders
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement meetings across multiple accounts and deliver improvements on schedule
• Facilitate clear communication and resolve conflicts between project teams, cross-functional departments, and senior leaders

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows to improve business operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead process deep-dive sessions, assess the current state, identify potential improvement opportunities, and partner on developing and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and impact cost.

Create a culture of continuous improvement, challenge the status-quo and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects across multiple accounts.

Develop and implement process improvement methodologies, standards, and tools across the portfolio.

Track project performance as per timelines, develop and present executive summaries on projects to senior leaders and stakeholders using a data-driven mindset.

Lead and facilitate meetings related to continuous improvement across multiple accounts. Deliver continuous improvement as per timelines.

Facilitate clear communication and resolve conflicts between project teams, cross-functional departments, and senior leaders.

Qualifications & Skills

12-16 years of total work experience including 10+ years as a Manager within Process/Delivery Excellence, or Transformation, overseeing multiple accounts. Prior experience in similar roles outside the current organization is an advantage.

Work experience or familiarity with Recruitment, Scheduling and Screening processes will be an advantage.

Master's/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Science/ Human Resources/Commerce or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is desirable).

Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, knowledge of process mapping tools and/or exposure to digital tools (automation, AI, process mining etc.).

Strong inter-personal, communication, analytical, conflict-resolution, influencing skills, along with the ability to handle ambiguity.
