Qualifications

• 12-16 years total work experience including 10+ years as a Manager within Process/Delivery Excellence or Transformation
• Experience with Recruitment, Scheduling and Screening processes is an advantage
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Science/Human Resources/Commerce or related field; MBA desirable
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with process mapping tools and digital tools (automation, AI, process mining)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, conflict-resolution and influencing skills
• Cultivate and promote a continuous improvement culture & mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead process deep-dive sessions, assess current state, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions
