Job Summary

The Senior Manager Residential Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the residential sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in residential property sales, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. The Senior Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, foster strong client relationships, and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve ambitious residential sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of residential sales professionals, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing of residential property deals.
