Job summary

Masai is seeking a Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to own and scale the digital growth engine. You’ll manage large monthly ad budgets, optimize the funnel from impressions to revenue, and continuously experiment across creatives and channels.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in performance marketing / growth
• Experience managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics tools (GA4, Metabase, Tableau, Firebase)
• Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and experimentation (AB Testing)
• Prior experience in EdTech / Consumer Internet / Marketplace is a plus

• End-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging channels
• Budget planning & allocation to maximize ROI on marketing spends
