Job summary

Multiplier Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Manager - Ops Excellence to lead transformational improvements across payroll, finance operations, and customer success. You will design scalable SOPs, governance, and risk frameworks while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Finance to eliminate cross-functional blind spots.

The role focuses on building a robust global operations engine that scales with the fastest-growing platforms, embedding process discipline and automation to prevent issues

You will be part of the founding team of BizOps and Operational Excellence, focused on creating systems and processes that prevent issues before they occur.
