Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) is seeking a Lead – Operational Excellence for a high-growth, technology-driven organization. You will drive operational excellence, design scalable end-to-end processes, and lead automation and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in Operational Excellence/Process Excellence/Business Transformation/Consulting, with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or BPM expertise, plus strong analytics, PM and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, Business Transformation or Consulting.
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or BPM.
• Experience in process mapping, governance and KPI management.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to technology-enabled operations, startups, marketplaces or customer/workforce operations preferred.
