Job summary

Sudisa Foundry is seeking a product development leader to drive the NPD lifecycle for machining-based products, from planning and design through prototype development and testing. You will partner with design engineers, R&D and operations to ensure new products meet customer specs and industry standards, while creating design documents and ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes milestone-driven project planning, prototype testing, issue resolution, and post-launch

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the NPD process for machining-based products, including planning, design, prototype development, testing, and refinement.
• Collaborate with design engineers, R&D, and other stakeholders to ensure that new products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the creation and validation of product design documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure that new products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and scalable, working closely with production and supply chain teams.
• Develops a project plan with clear milestones and deadlines to ensure the product is delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the development and testing of prototypes, including identifying and resolving design or production issues.
• Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback post-launch to evaluate the success of the product.
• Ensures that the product complies with all necessary legal, regulatory, and industry standard
