Job summary

Matrix Job Solutions Gurgaon invites an experienced Manager – NPD to lead new sample development for heavy machined components. You will own APQP/PPAP processes, work with tooling procurement, and drive vendor development and design validation to meet product targets.

The role demands strong hands‑on engineering exposure in automotive components, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering robust NPD programs in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• UG in Mechanical Engineering with minimum relevant experience in NPD for heavy machined components.
• Experience leading APQP/PPAP processes and design validation in an automotive/manufacturing setup.
• Proven ability to drive new sample development, tooling procurement, and vendor development.

Responsibilities

• Lead new sample development and validation for heavy machined components.
• Oversee tooling procurement and cost optimization for NPD programs.
• Drive supplier/Vendor development and APQP/PPAP activities across cross‑functional teams.
