Job summary

Mudhra Fine Blanc is seeking an experienced NPD professional to drive new product development initiatives from concept to SOP. You will lead APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, and ECN/ECR processes and coordinate prototypes with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, tolerances and specifications, translating them into production-ready plans and ensuring quality compliance and documentation across the project

Qualifications

• Experience in New Product Development with APQP/DFMEA/PFMEA/PPAP and ECN/ECR processes.
• Coordinate NPD projects from concept to SOP and manage prototypes.
• Work with customers to understand technical requirements, tolerances, and resolve technical queries.
• Move developed components into regular production and own output, quality and delivery timelines.
• Conduct trials, validation testing and feasibility reviews with cross-functional team.
• Plan machining processes, tooling, fixtures and CNC/VMC/HMC programming approaches.
• Ensure quality compliance and documentation in line with customer standards.

• Plan and optimise machining processes, tooling, fixtures and CNC/VMC/HMC programming approaches to achieve tight tolerances and consistent quality.
• Ensure quality compliance and documentation in line with customer standards.
