Job summary

Gamlaa Bioscapes in India is seeking a Senior Manager – Control Tower to lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and commercial control across multiple projects. You will drive risk mitigation, contract compliance, and operational excellence through strong leadership of project teams, vendors, and internal functions.

The role requires 8–12+ years in project management, civil or construction domains, with hands-on experience in planning, subcontractor management, billing, EOT/claims, and MIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, planning, and execution.
• Experience leading multi-location or multi-project operations.
• Strong exposure to project planning, subcontractor management, billing, vendor management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from planning to completion while ensuring scope, timeline, cost and quality.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and site execution teams.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project schedules, resource plans, recovery plans, and progress reports.
• Track milestones, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee subcontractor management, vendor coordination, procurement follow-up, and post-order execution.
• Handle contract administration, notices, EOT claims, and cost claims.
• Support warranty, DLP, and O&M phases as required.
• Review BOQs, estimates, technical specifications, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular review meetings and present status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain MIS dashboards, documentation, and reporting for all active projects.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff and drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager – Control Towerwill lead end-to-end project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and commercial control to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects. The role requires strong leadership across project teams, vendors, internal functions, and customers, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, contract compliance, and operational excellence.
