Job summary

Gamlaa Bioscapes in Delhi/NCR is seeking a Senior Manager- Exterior Landscape Operations to lead and manage exterior landscaping projects, including BOQ preparation, scheduling, AMC management, and team development.

You will ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across projects, recruit and mentor horticulture teams, and take ownership of the P&L for Outdoor AMC sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in landscape project execution, preferably in exterior or large-scale landscape works.
• Proven experience in team management, client handling, and vendor coordination.
• Strong understanding of plant selection, planting techniques, irrigation systems, and AMC operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare detailed BOQs and material lists for exterior landscape projects.
• Oversee on-site execution and ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage maintenance operations for multiple exterior landscape sites (AMC).
• Recruit, train, and lead horticulture supervisors and gardener teams; own P&L for Outdoor AMC sites.
• Serve as primary client contact for NCR projects and maintain strong client relationships.

Role Summary

To lead and manage Gamlaas exterior landscaping operations in Bangalore, including BOQ preparation, project execution, AMC management, and team development. This role will ensure high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in all exterior landscape projects and maintenance sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Estimation

• Prepare detailed BOQs and material lists for exterior landscape projects (Hardscape and Softscape).
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams for accurate cost estimation and plant selections.
• Develop planting plans and execution schedules in alignment with design intent.

2. Project Execution

• Oversee on-site implementation of exterior landscaping projects across Delhi/NCR.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, nurseries, and logistics for timely delivery of materials and plants.

3. AMC & Site Management

• Manage maintenance operations for multiple exterior landscape sites.
• Implement horticultural best practices to reduce plant mortality and enhance site quality.
• Conduct regular site audits and performance tracking.

4. Team Building & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage horticulture supervisors and gardener teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Take ownership of the P&L for Outdoor AMC sites.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in NCR.
• Attended and lead pitch meetings for Outdoor landscaping.
• Handle site-level billing, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
