Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned General Manager - Planning & Project Controls for its client in Mumbai. The role leads planning and project controls across a portfolio of high-value building projects, driving integrated schedules from tender to completion and governance of planning standards.

The successful candidate will oversee baseline schedules, critical path monitoring, and recovery planning, while coordinating with procurement, commercial, and billing teams.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in building construction.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in Planning & Project Controls.
• Proven experience managing project portfolios exceeding ₹2,000 Crores.
• Strong background in high-rise building construction and Design & Build projects.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and project controls systems.
