Job summary

Evalueserve, Inc. in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Lending Services team within Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Research.

You will oversee end-to-end lending processes, perform financial analysis, and ensure compliance with credit guidelines. The role requires 12+ years in finance with strong accounting skills, experience in credit review or underwriting, and familiarity with lending platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field
• 12+ years of experience in a similar profile
• Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting is desirable
• Experience with lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferable
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead Lending Services team within Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Research
• Oversee end-to-end lending processes and supervise financial spreads and analyses
• Produce MIS and manage workflow across lending activities
• Evaluate PD/LGD, covenants, and covenant performance with supporting rationale
• Ensure compliance with bank guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, interest cover, leverage)
• Mentor team members and foster strong team culture

Senior Manager

Department: [Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Research]

Location: [Gurgaon]

Work Model: 5 days WFO

Shift Timing: 1 pm to 10 pm

Key Responsibilities

Senior Manager will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:

• Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit
• Must have experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS, Workflow management
• Metrics calculation • Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant
• Met/Breach results
• Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
• Business Overview
• Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
• Covenant performance
• PD/LGD analysis
• Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV,
• Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline

Required Qualifications
