What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
- Spread financials (PL, BS, and CF) on Excel‑based models or lending platforms along with key credit metrics calculation.
- Identify key performance indicators and report as part of the credit review process.
- Calculate covenants in line with facility agreements and provide a detailed rationale for covenant met/breach results.
- Perform annual, quarterly and monthly reviews and populate associated templates.
- Be a thought leader and have the ability to identify warning indicators.
- Manage client engagements and relationships independently with minimal support.
- Support business development activities within the Portfolio Monitoring domain.
- Ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables.
- Mentor and train new joiners and act as a subject‑matter expert for other team members.
- Handle performance and development of team members.
- Handle client calls and periodic communication.
- Provide project‑management support to senior manager and handle project‑level tasks (delivery, dashboards, QC’s, training, client management).
- Interact regularly with Portfolio Managers to discuss tasks, templates and deliverables, and manage expectations.
- Provide input and ideas for improvement in TAT and efficiency.
Skills we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics or accounting from a reputed institute with 10+ years of experience in a similar profile.
- Strong accounting and financial skills.
- Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team culture.
- Ability to ensure tasks for self and team members are completed on time.
- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.
- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working.
