A global leader in knowledge processes is seeking to fill a role focused on supporting critical lending and credit processes. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and financial skills, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in credit review or underwriting. Responsibilities include financial analysis, metrics calculation, and team management. Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in a similar profile.

Responsibilities

• Support bankers in critical lending/credit processes.
• Perform financials spreading on Excel-based models.
• Conduct annual, quarterly, or half-yearly reviews for mid-sized connections.
• Metrics calculation and performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (quantitative & qualitative parameters).
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant results.
• Conducting annual, quarterly, or half-yearly reviews for small or medium connections, including business overview, financial analysis (historical and forecast), covenant performance, PD/LGD analysis, and verification of compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, interest cover, leverage, etc.).

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across the end‑to‑end lending journey.
• Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on Excel‑based models or lending platforms along with key credit metrics.
• Experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS, and workflow management.
• Metrics calculation and performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (quantitative & qualitative parameters).
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant results.
• Conducting annual, quarterly, or half‑yearly reviews for small or medium connections, including business overview, financial analysis (historical and forecast), covenant performance, PD/LGD analysis, and verification of compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, interest cover, leverage, etc.).
