Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a Lead Analyst/Manager to join the Lending Services team in Gurgaon. The role requires strong accounting and financial skills with 6+ years in lending or underwriting. You will support bankers across end-to-end lending processes, perform PD/LGD analysis, and ensure compliance with facility guidelines.

Experience with lending platforms like Credit lens, nCino, or Lexis is preferred. The position follows a 5-day WFO schedule with a 1pm–10pm shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputed institute.
• 6+ years of experience in lending or underwriting.
• Strong accounting and financial skills.
• Experience with lending platforms or credit search platforms preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analyst/Manager to join Lending Services team and support bankers in end-to-end lending processes.
• Spread financials (P/L, BS and CF) on Excel models or lending platforms.
• Perform PD/LGD analysis and covenant calculations.
• Review compliance against bank guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, interest cover).
• Provide quarterly/annual reviews for small to large connections.

Role & responsibilities

Lead Analyst/Manager will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve.

• Supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:
• Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit.
• Must have experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS, Workflow management
• Metrics calculation
• Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant
• Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
• Business Overview
• Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
• PD/LGD analysis
• Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Accounting and financial skills
• Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable
• Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino or Lexis would be preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture
• Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working Strong Accounting and financial skills
• Bachelor's/master's degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 6+ years' experience in similar profile.
