Business Development

• Assist in identification, communication and negotiation of business opportunities
• Build relationships with existing and potential clients in banks, payment banks, Small finance Banks, Cooperative banks, government bodies (such as RBI,DFS, IBA, NABARD etc)
• Take initiatives to develop and enhance communication with clients tostrengthen client relationships
• Develop and submit proposals to generate business, particularly for the BFSI capability and DPI/ DPG systems for financial services.

Human Capital Development

• Conduct “Quality of Delivery” or feedback assessments with team members after assignment execution, in line with the quality control guidelines.
• Conduct thorough reviews of the deliverables before submitting them to the client toensure high-quality work.
• Assist and support the development of other staff by providing guidance andadvice where appropriate.
• Share knowledge with staff and create opportunities for mentoring.

Business Execution

• Lead the planning and implementation of assignments involving project teamswithin the sector and capability
• Lead assignment set-up and de-briefing meetings for allocated assignments.
• Lead assigned tasks as outlined in the program. Look for replicating thesuccess of projects with other clients across geographies.
• Work towardsplanning new assignments with the client.
• Quality control training courses delivered, research papers prepared,curriculum developed, and technical assistance provided to clients.

Requirements

EducationalQualifications
