Job summary

MicroSave Consulting (MSC) is seeking an dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, banking, MFIs, NBFCs, fintechs, or research space.

The Analyst will contribute to institutional objectives by delivering exemplary services to clients, responding to project needs, and supporting project execution as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, banking, MFIs/NBFCs or fintechs.
• Experience in research space is desirable.
• Strong business writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-quality proposals, concept notes, pitch materials, and business cases.
• Support market assessments and identify opportunities in India and international markets.
• Participate in assignment planning, primary research, and client presentations.
• Lead shorter assignments under supervision with attention to quality.
• Data analysis and clear, concise report writing.
• Build team camaraderie and maintain transparent communication.

Job Description

We are seeking adynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate willhave 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting/banking/MFIs/NBFCs/Fintechs/researchspace. The Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the achievementofinstitutional objectives by delivering exemplary services to clients byresponding to the needs of specific projects and situations. He/she will beworking in teams with the senior team members and will support projectexecution.

Businessdevelopment:

• Contribute to thedevelopment of high-quality proposals, concept notes, pitch materials, andbusiness cases for prospective clients.
• Support market andcompetitive landscape assessments to identify emerging opportunities acrossIndia and international markets, including South Asia, Africa, and LatinAmerica.

Business execution:

• Participate inassignment planning, primary research, and client presentations.
• Leadshorter-duration assignments under supervision by senior team members.
• Execute assignmentswith attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Data analysis andexcellent business writing skills.
• Be able to bring instructure and build concepts from limited information.
• Build camaraderiewith the team and strive towards individual contribution as well as being ateam player.
• Maintain seamlessand transparent communication within the team.
• Curious to learn andgrow in the organization.
