• SupportcoordinationbetweendifferentcountryteamsongenderandprovidestrategicanddesigninputstoMSCprojectstoensurethatgenderissuesareappropriatelyidentifiedandaddrssed.
• Managestrategicpartnershipswithstakeholders,especiallythoseworkingtowardsgenderequalityinthefinancialservicessector.
• Conductassignmentsetupanddebriefingmeetingsofassignmentswheres/heisresponsible
• Buildsrapportwithvariouscontactpointsattheclientorganizationtosuccessfullyexecutethe

Requirements

• Familiaritywithgenderanalysistoolsandmethodologies,quantitativeandqualitativeresearch,andanalysis.
